Hi Sir,

I ordered 500 big bazaar e gift card on 22- Sept – 2018 through Paytm.

Money is successfully debited from my citibank account.

Still I am not receiving e gift card details to my mobile number/Mail I’d.

I called paytm customer support more than 20 times but no one picked up the call.

Paytm customer support team not even responded back.

I am really frustrated with this issue and totally my time was wasted on Sunday.
