Earlier I shopped from a shopping site club factory for 1437/- and a product for the amount of 382/- was cancelled and the amount was credited to my Paytm account. After that I returned few products and the total cost was 1055/- which is not credited yet in my Paytm account.
Paytm Transaction I’d is 7243807245 I have tried all the customer care numbers of Paytm but no help.. They are even saying that this transaction I’d is wrong. Than I did a second purchase of 570/- and the order was cancelled due to non availability of product and they credited the amount back in Paytm account and the same issue happened.
The transaction I’d is 7504081534 Really surprised and shocked that a reputed app like Paytm is doing this fraud with their customers.
