Dear sir/madam
I was paying money on a shop through paytm as i do mostly but this time i added Rs. 3100/- in paytm wallet n its shows 0 balance i thought may b some network issue or something else.
So i tried again n this time i directly choose send money option n when paytm ask for money i use my credit card again for sending money but again same problem then i realise money is show in gift voucher(should call scam voucher) den i tried my another no. But this time i add 100rs. N face same problem.
Now i m sending mails to paytm but they even not answring any mail
I need my money back
