Stupid customer care. They just promise 24 hours of time and take 20 days. They should learn customer service 1st and open up a software. MORONS. ITS been 20 days i am locked out of my account and every time I call them they swear their asses that they will resolve it in 24 hours but that is total bullshit.. sue this bullshit company for stealing people’s money for 20 days..
