My account has been blocked after that i send the all detail of sender like statement and passbook according to their demand but now no any action from paytm side i have already share my adhaar card and pan card and sender statement but now my account is blocked

My account has been blocked after that i send the all detail of sender like statement and passbook according to their demand but now no any action from paytm side i have already share my voter id card and pan card and sender statement but now still my account is blocked i have 11000 in my wallet..i have registered a complaint on 19th of jan. But customer care always said that we r not helped u out our backend team will reply u on mail but mail team did not respond me properly….they ask me my bank passbook ..several time i replied that currently i dont have any bank account …but still they ask me bank detail..my paytm no. Is 8744816083.so plz help me in this
