Sir, few days ago, i transferred back my balance in wallet to my bank, i have been charged 450/-, when i asked, why such huge charge is been levied, they said, this our policy of deducting 3% as charge for transfer of amt back to bank, but i m asking why should i pay charge for getting my money back to my bank, secondly, they said, u r been informed before transferring back your money from wallet to bank, that is ok, i know it, but is it a punishment or what, because i have no knowledge about such heavy charges for transaction between wallet and bank, and given that, if i m transferring 1 lac from my bank to wallet, bank is not charging a single paise, if charging, it is very nominal, when same process is reversed, i have to pay charges, infact it is a penalty, why shoud i pay?, kindly share your view on this issue?
