I made a transaction on paytm on 31-05-2018 using upi and the transaction was failed,but the money was deducted from my account.I messaged in 24/7 helpline but there was no response from them.I even called to customer care and talked to them a week ago.
They told me that the money will be credited within 2 days.But the money was not credited till now.I waited for 30 min to pick them call.But they didn’t connecting my call.Please take action against them and refund my money.
