Issue : Refund of AirIndia Flight Ticket booked via Paytm, i had to cancel my travel due to Covid19 situation as travel date was on 10th.Apr, now paytm did a fraud and took my money, they didn’t refund in full, Took 90% of the money as ‘Cancellation charges”(attached screenshot).
My last email to Paytm with a screenshot of refund ;

Airindia says, it has to be full a refund, where paytm didn’t follow the guidelines.
I’m a bit frustrated about the response of paytm desk folks in the ticket that I opened previously, they questioned my bank & closed the status — ridiculous way of handling customers, rather a clear negligence once transaction is made (kind of one way road).
This has been quite a waste of time so far.
@Paytm — pls refund my money (in full), else I would have to reach concern authorities in seek of justice.
