I called 5 times but no resolution has been done till now. This is the final call otherwise I have to take court action. It might be small thing for you guys but not for me. I started business Paytm account I go through all the details and even had conversation with Paytm executive they said no charges will be charged from you guys.
Then 1st issue came up as it shows merchant crossed the limit then we called them they said do half half payment then no issue will take part but still issues are going on then I called them how to make us placed in list of institutes where students can pay fees directly they said we will arrange a call no resolution has been taken then we called that we need to deactivate my account because it is of no use for me because it charged lot of amount and shows merchant crossed limit many times, THEY SAID WE WILL REVERT SO I THOUGHT THEY WILL DEACTIVATE.
I have very much money crisis so I asked my friend to send money and when she send it directly again goes to business Paytm and they deduct high amount I called same time to help me with this but they said we will arrange a call but no call has been received then I call today itself they said we can’t help you we do not have any complaint. Please help me with this if I did something wrong you guys are reason for this we called you many times but no resolution have been taken at least be good with those who have money issues. my business Paytm number 7727874562 .
