Respected Sir/Mam,
More than 40 days past I had raised a complain on paytm regarding my cashback but they are unable to resolve my problem.
Paytm Complain N0. – 117776507
I had made one payment through paytm at Big Bazar on 10th March for an amount of RS.3567.There it was clearly written that payment through paytm for more than Rs.3000 from 1st Mach-10th March will get (Rs.150 cash into my wallet + Rs.300 electricity voucher + Rs.300 Movie Voucher) and (Rs.125 x 2 = Rs.250 from future pay).The amount from Future Pay I already received for two months.
Where in case of paytm they are giving different different opinions.
Sometimes it is mentioning that I am not eligible for the offer.
The offer has expired, etc etc.But I am not getting my the reward which I suppose to get from them.
I am attaching the screenshots of all the details.
Kindly look into the issue.
