Dear sir,i ordered a sunglass on coolwinks at 7 january with an offer of 1600 cashback payment via paytm.after successful paymnet done cashback showing pending due to monthly wallet limit of 10000,and showing msg this cashback credited in your account first day of next month.but still this amount not reflect in my paytm wallet when i contact to customer support of paytm they said to me it is rolled back by coolwinks and this information refused by coolwinks that they have no policy to rolled back any cashback.who is telling lie i dont know,but my money is only mine not other how can these such online fraud done for their customers.
