I had booked a bus ticket ludhiana to Basti on Paytm with registered no.18557733230 on 13th July. 2022. Time given by paytm 3:30 In Paytm app, it said that my ticket is confirmed but when I reached Bus station, and wait almost 2 hour but not reached bus. I have call gajraj bus driver phone no. is off. and call operater they said your bus is cancelled. I call paytm. They said that they will solve it in within 10 days. Now it is almost 14 days. I called Paytm Care 4-5 times, they said everytime that will solve it in 24 hours.
and till now I dont get refund. Please help me to get refund. I had attached all required documents.
