I won rs 27.27 on a loco quiz game show on 2nd october and rs 342 on same game show on 8th october.A total of rs 369.72.Loco transferred it to my paytm on the next day of winning but paytm is not adding it my to paytm wallet and also not accepting my minimum kyc requests.I e-mailed them and they answered that they have stopped doing kyc’s for maintainence and hence they can not transfer it to my wallet.i e-mailed to Loco to pay me by another payment mode but they refused to do.I don’t know what to do now.I tried my best but I can’t did anything.Paytm is not doing kyc’s from months and the money of many people is blocked.And also paytm is not showing my my bank account which I added and evreytime shows error when I try to link my pan or aadhar card.They have also stopped to reply my e-mails.
