This is second incident i am having issue with paytm ,first time when i lost my mobile
and this time Rs 40000 got transferred instead of Rs 400 from my bank using debit card to paytm wallet
after seeing transactions i contacted paytm after lot of efforts and explained details and shared required details
but they are not fixing this issue neither they are ready to share contact phone or email of any responsible person
of paytm even like thier supervisor,support staff on phone
Options which paytm support staff told me to use yesterday not worked,they asked screen shot
i shared yesterday but later no repsonse
today email from support staff again first ask me screen shot of app where option is not showing up
i shared it third time
strangely again got email saying to use option to revert back which i mentioned yesterday not coming in my app
so they are starting again from where was yesterday
If this option is not working they are also not ready to give me alternate option to revert back Rs 40000 to my bank account/source,which was wrongly credited to paytm wallet like waiving off charges if i use other option
for bank tranfer,which can fix this issue
but they are delaying this without bothering impact on customer
I called more than 10 times to paytm support yesterday and sent more than 5 emails
each call has long hold time,so wasted lot of time talking of phone
