Hi,
After complaining many times against paytm and fastag, They have not taken any action.
Today again money deducted from my account. Its really irritating and mentally disturbing and wastage of my time.
This complaint is against paytm and fastag.
I have not travelled anywhere but money got deducted from paytm wallet.
and it happens frequently whenever there is balance available in paytm wallet. Money gets deducted automatically towards fastag. I have been facing this issue since jan 2019.
I have complained to them multiple times but yet they have not resolved issues.
And asking me to do this and not providing resolution. Its mental harassment.
They are very irritating and wasting my time. Which is more costly than the amount deducted . So I want compensation for my time , money deduction and for mental harassment. They are very irritating and dumb people appointed as customer care support.
It takes too much time to get connected with them on phone calls. Many times they keep me on hold and cut the call. This is very bad behaviour of payTm.
Yes, it’s a corruption and fraud scam.
