Kyc agent had confirmed on 15 Sep 2018 that agent would come to my residence by 12 noon. No one came. I called kyc exec more than 4 times. Heard ring going through but no one answered.
Then at about 3.45 pm the agent Arjun called. I asked him to come the next day (today by 11.15am). He confirmed that he would be present on time.
Neither has he come nor has he bothered to call.
Paytm has frozen my account. Insisting on kyc.
Facing harassment by Paytm.
Please help.
