On June 29, 2020 morning time around 9:46 AM I received a message saying that 2500 rs is successfully transferred to some unknown person. Which is obviously not done by me. When I reported this to paytm support team they informed me that they have taken action and recovered the full amount. But they require the police directive to revert the transaction amount. I have asked them that local police are not cooperating with me in this case and not registering an FIR. In this case, paytm support guys suggested to lodge an online FIR and provide a copy of the FIR. I have done the online FIR and send the copy multiple times to the paytm support team. But still, they are asking for police directive.
