Hello, I’m Rinki Dutta, I’ve a Paytm account, which is in debit freeze mode, I don’t know why this happened!? I’ve raised a complaint regarding this on the app, ticket no- 3377200694

Since yesterday morning, I’ve been unable to send, spend, or transfer money as my a/c is displaying a “debit freeze” status. What steps should I take to resolve this?
