Dear Sir,Due to repetitive password entry for PAYTM login,they have blocked my login ID.Further i tried to unlock it by using forgot password.Same is unable.After this incident i have mailed customer care of PAYTM and they requested me the relevant document for verification(Mail attached).
After repetitive request reminder to PAYTM simply replied that my account (9987967317) is blocked due to security reason.
And denied to unlock the account .
I request you to resolve the issue so that i will get my money back which is already available in PAYTM account.
Date wise mail communication is attached for your ready reference.
