My Paytm account has been blocked by Paytm. I don’t know what happened wrong. I asked for explanation they say as per directive from Crime Police Bhopal my account has been blocked. Paytm says my account can be unblocked only if they get NOC from Crime Police Bhopal. My Paytm account detail (Mobile: 8961006411 and Email: ajitrajbhar@outlook.com). I asked paytm several time to show me order copy from bhopal police to block my account but they never provide any document.Here is my concern
- if anything suspicius activity happened, I should have get a chance to explain it before banning my account.
- my paytm account is blocked I am unable to login, Paytm is asking for list unauthorised transaction details via card . I am fully confidence that there was no unauthorised transaction from my account.
- I have already agreed to share my mobile(8961006411) and email(ajitrajbhar@outlook.com) to Bhopal crime police to answer their any question regarding the issue but no reply from police even I tried many times to reach police via email id(dspcrimebho@mp.gov.in).
- I don’t want to use my number on Paytm but I have money around 30K in my paytm wallet and Paytm Bank combined before my account was banned. I asked to transfer my money to an alternate account but they didn’t. I want my hard earned money.

My Paytm account has been blocked by Paytm. I don’t know what happened wrong. I asked for explanation they say as per directive from paytm my account has been blocked. I asked paytm several time that explain me in detail actually what happened to my account but they never provide any explaination.Here is my concern

I asked to transfer my money to an alternate account but they didn’t. I want my hard earned money.
