Paytm wallet is not reactive in 5 days i am try and try everday and paytm castumer care is not spport me

Hello,
I would like to raise a serious issue with Paytm. I have a business account with Paytm and now almost for a month, my account is deactivated for no given reason. I received an email stating to update the KYC which is provided on the said email merchant.documents@paytm.com on 23rd February 2023, post which I have the required documents 4 times but till date haven’t received any update from them. Whenever we try to reach the toll free no. which useless as there is no option to directly talk to them. I also tried to reach through the executives and team leaders who themselves are helpless.
PAYTM being the digital source of payment has been giving disappointment since past one month. Our payments are also stuck since then.
Hope I would get some resolution after this.
