Payment was done, it’s reflecting as successful in the Lazypay app and in the Bank but still getting the overdue messages to make the payment

Text of Complaint by Latha sri:

I have made the payment on 1st April 2023 which has been deducted from the bank and is reflecting as successful in the app but then the outstanding amount is not changing and asking me to pay the amount again with the penalty though I made the payment prior to the due date.
It’s all hard-earned money, we are working our A*s off to make the payments but due to some situations we have we need to depend on such kind of apps which are eating us Alive.

I tried reaching out the Customer care, I added comment in the App review but no Customer care rep is understanding what am trying to say though I tried explaining the same situation in both English and hindi..

I can’t bear the stress more.
Almost 3707.
My spending in a month I can’t loose it and can’t make another payment.
This has to be fixed ASAP.
