Act ID :- 107015453072.
As per ACT they will take Bill in advance 15 days before of every month. As of My part I had used Net from Oct-15th to 8th Nov-2021. As per that month they had to send bill on 15 th November. If I don’t paid they will disconnect, it will happen every month. But coming to Nov-8th onwards I am out of station. Then they had to disconnect my Account after 15th November as per their behaviour. But since 8th nov to 10th December i had not used NET . But they hd Billed for 2 months. Dear Sir, I am writing to you in hopes that you can address .. I would appreciate your help in the matter. But while I had called to them their response was RUDE. Even all executives are accepting their mistake. But they are telling that I had to pay total amount which they Un wanted Bills to harass me.
Now they had Disconnected my Connection.Even I am planning to complaint in Police station for Women Harassment.
Please help me in this issue. And please Ban This ACT. Try to Resolve issue As early as Possible.
In 30 days of every month we are using 20 days. Because of their Wiring Problems. No solution found till now from them. #pleaseBanACT
