On 27.10.19 I made an order for purchasing Medicine from Medplus online site and made payment amounts to RS–5235.25/- through Paytm UPI reference No–930010286939 ( paytm.ecom@axisbank) to the concerned merchant in favour of Oid2019102706245252416 from my registered bank account.But no confirmation received from the end of Medplus.
Customer service of concerned merchant replied that on such payment received from the end of Paytm.Kindly resolve the dispute and refund to my registered bank account earliest.
