With reference to above, I have raised service request on 23.10.2019. Now it is 6 th day, my problem not yet resolved.
whenever given call to customer care, they assured to be resolved to day it self. The same answer given as and when I am giving call to customer care for the past so many days.
I received SMS mentioning service engineer name S. Raj Mohan. when given call to Rajmohan, he is not attending the call.
Raj Mohan not attending the call. Customer care not changing the service engineer. Also customer care not responding properly.
Repeated answer is within four hours problem will be resolved whenever call given.
I feel very sad of Poor service and poor response from Airtell.
