Text of Complaint by Subrata Ranjit:

I do a recharge from my jio application ammount of 394 and paid by Amazon pay upi on Paytm payments bank then Amazon pay upi showing me payment successful and also money is deducted from my bank account but jio customer service told me they haven’t received any payment confirmation from Paytm payments bank
