When I was placing order First transaction showed failed so made payment from other bank but amount Debited from both the bank.

When raising complaint drafted mail to email id mentioned in support tfitta@gmail.com got error as address not found.
I am concerned about my refund also not sure if i will get my order or not by seeing the issue
