Text of Complaint by S S Bhinder:

I want to buy carkit from this company and payment Rs 1349.10 sent through Paytm ref. UPI222831196908P2mpaytm 71012998 dated 16.08.2022.So far no responses from their side. Phone no. Mention on site give massacre no incoming call as no money in phone. I will be highly appreciated your immediate response.

  1. You should raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
