I have made OYO booking at Hotel Ivy, Mahipalpur, New Delhi for date 17th March 2024 to 19rd March 2024 with booking id UJV78361 (Rs.1,644/-). As per mentioned in oyo online portal under booking but they have not provide me invoice for the same Rs.1,644/- after check out from the Hotel. I have paid through oyo app. Continuously trying to talk with oyo customer care but they are relulctant to issue payment receipt. People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walkin customers and payment/booking done through OYO App and payment made to OYO not to the Hotel. So, my institution now not reimburse the above amount. Very frustrating situation to me… please resolve my problem asap.

Complaint not resolved. I humbly request an emergency solution as i have to submit the invoice in my office asap.
