Amazon India has the worst customer support along with ICICI Bank. I have been following up with both the service providers for a failed transaction through my Amazon account done from my wife’s debit card on the 25th of may-2020,which resulted in cash being debited from the account,but the amount was still never refunded.
Amazon India customer care assured me that it would be refunded in 5 days but it wasn’t.After inumerable number of messages and weeks of follow up they replied back that they have not received the payment and i should contact ICICI Bank.
After frequent followups and correspondence with ICICI Customer care, they also replied that ‘payment has been forwarded to Emvantage Payments’ of Amazon.
Amazon India has denied that claiming that they have not received payment from Icici Bank.
Whatever the case is there have been negligible followups from both #Amazonindia and #ICICI. This is knavery on their part and they are fooling the customers.
Iwould also want to lodge an official complaint against Amazon India and Icici Bank.
