I ordered one high pressure washer on the 11th of November on the vlebazaar.in website. I paid 6899 INR trough phonepe. After few weeks I raised a complaint because I was not receiving it. They said they were unable to process with my order and ask if I wanted another model which I didn’t. I asked for the refund they promised to do it. I was not getting the refund so I keep raising a complain regularly. They finally credited the amount on my wallet but not refunding me through my original payment method like they told me om the phone and like it’s stipulated on their refund policy. Now they are not answering to my complaints anymore.
