Payment made via Paytm to (UPI id tpsluqr@icici) Herbalife but merchant denies to receive the payment and not confirming my order

Text of Complaint by Akash Gupta:

I made payment of Rs 9454.16 on Herbalife india official website on 26-Dec-2022, 7:11pm via a QR scan code generated on their website(UPI id tpsluqr@icici) with UPI ref no. 236063260259. The order was not placed but the amount was debited from my bank account. Herbalife denies of receiving any amount but as confirmed from my bank the payment was made and no reversal of the amount was received. Now herbal life denies and doesn’t know where my money was transferred. The QR code was generated at their official website so they should take the charge and inquire about the payment. They are not responding to my queries.
