Dear Sir,

 

I am writing to you in hopes that you can address a problem with my purchase. I ordered a broadband and was charged double. I would appreciate your help in the matter.

I purchased a broadband router for new connection on website in order to go see the ACT fiber net connection on April 20, 2021. The total cost of the broadband router was $2,444, including a convenience fee. Due to poor network connection my payment will be failed, so i paid the amount via another bank.

However, upon checking my bank statements, I noticed that payment had charged me twice and i raise the dispute but the merchant declined and they said that the goods are provided .  Also attached is a screen grab of my financial statement. Please reverse the amount and return my funds as soon as possible.

First payment : Development Bank Of Singapore (payment detected later due to internet issue, merchant said it will not reflect, But banker said the dispute was declined because of the goods were provided)

Second Payment : HDFC Bank (Payment detected and it will  reflect to the merchant end)
