On 8th October 2023, I ordered from swiggy, my payment was done and order was placed. After that the app showed my payment is pending for the current order. The money was already debited from my bank account. I raised the issue was was told by the customer service on the chat that swiggy was facing technical challenges. After my order was delivered I was asked to pay the amount again and was promised that I will get my refund within 2 hours. Its been 2 days and I still have got my reimbursement. I emailed the customer support, called them multiple times but the service was very unprofessional.
