I tried to recharged my number of Jio 7020463409 via Google pay on 17-1-2019 of 448/- Rupees, Amount got deducted but recharge not process by the company. PFA screenshot of the raised concerned which shoulf be refunded.Kindly do the needful asap.
Later I have recharged with Phonepay and lodging the complaint for my previous transaction.
