I have online ordered (order id#1618538)to purchased a product
(Pantum printer) form VLE bazaar in date 12-06-2022 after this up to 10
days company did not start any process to dispatch and deliver
product/ order. On contact through customer care no of company ,company
manager said that they don’t have product in stock (out of stock
product) so company cancelled the product on 22-06-2022 and says
that refund is initiated in 08-08-2022 but company credit amount in VLE
bazaar wallet but I want an amount in my bank account.
i contact vle bazaar company helpline no:+91 90266 55551 on dated 09
august 2022 and customer representative said to complete the refund in
next 7 days up to date 16/08/2022 but i didn’t get my refund in my bank
account on that day your customer representative ave me reason due to payment gateway problems they are unable to access my refund .i rung call several time vle bazaar customer care no & they pick up the call after many effort & trial and every time they said that my refund will be deposited in bank account in next 6 to 7 days. upto day on date 20/08/2022 on checking on that day i didn’t get my refund in my bank account in which through i paid the payment for order and on date 22.08.2022 again on contacting on mobile call your customer representative give me date 24.08.2022 with promise for credit the refund in my bank account but today (on date 24.08.2022 ) when i contact him again he said due to some backend problem in payment gateway ,he is unable to proceed my refund in my bank account your customer representative give me a next date 26.08.2022 for credit my refund in my bank account.
sir ! What is the type of behavior of your company employee with a customer.
due to this I am feeling mentally stressed & I have to wait a long time to get
my refund. up to today(27/08/2022) my payment is not refund in my bank account.
