Text of Complaint by Aishwarya Sahay:

I took a ride with the ola cabs and on my last trip I made the payment to the driver through phonepe, on his repeated insistence. My payment method was changed to ola postpaid but the driver insisted that he hasn’t received any payment through ola postpaid. After being harrassed by the driver on the road and his repeated denial of payment not received, I had to pay him from my own pocket.
I have been harassed everyday since then by the ola money postpaid collection agents to clear my dues. Even after writing a complaint email to the Ola support and talking to an Ola executive no action has been taken yet. Now, am receiving threatening WhatsApp messages of a collection agent coming to my house to collect the dues.
I am attaching a copy of the payment made by me to the driver for that particular trip through phonepe. Their 100 repeated calls everyday has really disturbed my mental peace.
