I tried booking a hotel through Agoda application on 17.02.2021 and the amount of INR 1797.00 got charged to my card favouring to “Retail Domestic PT Mumbai” but didn’t get booking confirmation. When contacted agoda, they said they could not find my booking or transaction details and could not be of any help. This is a fraudulent process incorporated in Agoda payment gateway. Please help to refund my amount. Thanks.
