- Dear Sir, I have done payment of 1472 twice which deducted from my account on 19.07.20 at the time for taking online airtel dth connection one payment is not successful for which I have raised complain to the bank but one payment is successful for which I have also received the message from the airtel but when I told the airtel customer car regarding this they are denying no such payment has been done please look into the matter and do the needful.
