I had recharged my Vodafone no- 9999868322 on 21st September for Rs 458 via paytm. The payment was successful and paytm has shared the invoice for the same. However the recharge and the plan have not yet been updated on my Number. It has been over 16 days and i have repeatedly mailed the customer care, but they keep saying 5 more days without any success. The executives over phone have been the most unhelpful and unprofessional.
Kindly look into the matter. This has become such a hassle.
