I placed an online order from Ghar Soaps and made a successful payment of Rs. 336.72 through UPI on 10 May 2026 from my Bank of India account ending with XX1297.
The amount was successfully debited and credited to YMI GHAR SOAPS PRIVATE LIMITED through UPI Ref No. 649603856222. I also received an order confirmation message stating that my order number #f8941720 was confirmed and powered by Shiprocket.
However, even after successful payment and order confirmation, the product has not been delivered. I have also not received any refund or proper response from the company regarding the issue.
Due to this, I have suffered financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
I request the Consumer Commission to kindly take necessary action against the company and direct them to either deliver the product immediately or refund my amount of Rs. 336.72 along with suitable compensation for inconvenience caused.
