i had purchased an apex chrome base high back engineered office chair vide order no #1637 from lan shop website on 04.01.21 but I haven’t received the chair yet. When I open the link sent via SMS it shows ” Your order is confirmed. You ‘ll receive a text when your order is ready. On 22.01.21 i mailed them about the product on Support@flanshop.in but when i open the website today, the website is unavailable.
