Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Post Paid Plans

The issue that I have experienced was: Dr Sojan Iype

I went to your authorized shop to close my account. The pending bill showed Rs 928.68 against my plan for Rs 499. Some kind of other charges crept in. My complaint is that the network in my area of work is not covered and i am not able to use JIo. Anyways i payed Rs 930 cash at your authorized shop on 20th Jan 2021 the last day of billing cycle. However this amount is not shown as credited even though i received a mail stating that cash received. Your agent told me that unless your system shows the bill is payed it cannot be closed. I went the next day on 21-01-21 after 24 hours and the system was still showing Rs 928.68 pending and AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF RS 50/- I haven’t used the SIM card after 20th. Paid another Rs 50 on 21st just to get  out from Jio. Like a joke your system is not registering. So you MAY KINDLY solve this mess up and help me close my account with Jio.

It occurred on: 20/01/2021

I would like to close this account with Jio. Kindly guide me to do it.
