I ordered Pizza from Ovenstory through Zomato on Nov 8th 2018 at 10:55 PM order ID 1001385458.
Money i paid but even after 2 hrs when pizza did not get delivered i started calling to Ovenstory number which was in Zomato app but nobody picked up. I tried reaching through customer support chat in Zomato app but that also did not work. I slept empty stomach. Next day when i started again checking with Zomato they said its too late they cannot do anything.
I said what is this you took money and did not deliver food and you are saying its late.
