I was order turbo spin mop on 8 October 2021 of rs.204.82 Payment deducted but product not delivered yet.

Same issue with me ordered mop from shopify.com for 380/ don’t see any product delivered till date it’s 23 Oct today. Got a message from 575701 saying “Your order from Easy Shop has been shipped.” On same day of shopping I.e. on 13Oct
No sure what’s happening
