Dear sir,
I am Sanjeev. I had made a order of 2pc of Apple iphone 11 128gb white and green colour on 2nd-october-2021 through AMAZON.
When i get the delivery of Apple iphone 11 128gb white ON 6TH OCT. 2021 I take it and put it. On the first navratri when I opened the packet & received. the box put in it I suspect on that box because it was feeling weightless and the product is not also properly sealed.
I had the doubt on that package so I did not open the box & immediately made a call to AMAZON CUSTOMER CARE and told this matter to the customer care executive.
As per the guidance provided by the customer care executive I click the pictures of the box and uploaded all on the link provided by them. Then she told me to open the box so I reply and say that are you confirm. She say yeah yeah you open the box . While opening the box I also shoot the video of it . When box get opened I see it and I was in shock like heart fail. There is a 2pc Fena soap inside the box.
I am so much tensed because of this.
Till than I am regularly contacting Amazon Customer Care but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer. I feel myself trapped with Rs. 44000/- which I have paid in advanced to AMAZON against my order. So I need the help & request to Consumer Forum for that concern.
