I have ordered one Smart watch cum Ear budds on 04.06.2020 through facebook ad link .When the payment process was over, not getting order receipt or confirmation from merchant. but money deducted from my account. I wrote to Razorpay for refund of the same, they replied ” we are the payment gate way: only facilitate payment to merchant, pls contact sari bhandar.” i don’t have contact no of sari bhandar, Pls resolve my dispute
