Yesterday i have try to book hotel Melange Astris through agoda web. I have filled all required details and submit for payment. Payment was deducted from my bank account but my booking is not confirm. I have cross check with hotel also. Also My deducted amount still not refunded.
Deduction amount is Rs.2982.87 Date- 21/10/2021.
Kindly check and initiate my refund asap.
