My name is Kawaljeet Singh i ordered food from Zomato on 26/12/2020. I made the payment through UPI and it went successful but zomato said they did not received the payment hence they cant place my order and they asked me to wait for 7 days for my bank to redund the amount but when my bank has already paid them the full amount so why will they refund me the amount ? They are totally cheating their customers. So kindly register a cheating complaint on them and take action.
