Text of Complaint by Prasanna K R:

I made a Payment of Rs.1130 through PAYTM App –  ICICI Net Banking towards electricity bill on 03.01.2021, Order ID – 12483490295.
       The Money got deducted from the bank but PAYTM declined the transaction and no refund was made to my account till now(11.01.2021). When i contacted my Bank i have been told the transaction is Success ( reference No –  BIL/ONL/000012121974/One97 Comm/202)  and i need to get the confirmation from PAYTM regarding the Payment status.  But there is no customer service avilable in PAYTM. Please help me in this matter.
